Q:Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

Q:How to buy your idea products?
ANS:You can provide us your sewage sources,sewage quality  ( COD, BOD, SS) , flow rate and ground area (connect us for more details).or u can ask a form from our sales staff.
Q:How to pay?
ANS:TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.
 Q:Can we visit your company?
 ANS:Of course, welcome to visit our factory if you come to China.
Q:How long is the validity of quotation?
ANS: Generally, our price is valid within one month from the date of quotation. The price will be adjusted appropriately as the price fluctuation of raw material in the market.
Q:What is the delivery time?
ANS: It depends on the number of orders. In general, delivery times will be within 4 to 6 weeks.
Q: How to package the product?
ANS: We use standard packing. If you have special packing requirements, we will pack them according to your requirements, but the cost will be paid by the customer.
Q:How will the equipment be installed upon arrival?
ANS: We will provide you with detailed illustrations. If necessary, we 'll send technicians to help you. However, Visa fees, air tickets, accommodation, and wages will be paid by the buyer.
Q:How to ensure the quality of the final product?
ANS:We will perform special tests such as material, finish and stress tests for each product prior to the EX work.
Q: How to solve if some parts are damaged in the equipment?
ANS:We promised a warranty for one year, for life. If the warranty time is exceeded, we will charge a fee to help customers replace damaged accessories.
Q:  Can you tailor it to your customer's requirements?
ANS:Of course. Our experienced engineers can provide professional drawings or produce them based on customer drawings.
